Nothing but Noodles

There are so many different delicious noodles in the world. Keep reading for a few of UGA SNAP-Ed’s favorite noodle-filled recipes.

Many cultures have their own types of noodles. Here at UGA SNAP-Ed, we put our own twist on recipes from different cultures to meet your dietary needs. For example, you might notice that our ramen noodle recipes have less sodium. This is for people who need to watch their salt intake (check out our Where Salt Hides post for more information)

We also like to add in veggies wherever we can! Vegetables are a great source of nutrition and most of us don’t eat enough of them[1] Veggies can be flavorfuland the fiber in them keeps us feeling full. Full bellies are happy bellies! Here are our top Food Talk noodle recipes:

Warm Chicken with Pasta and Vegetables

Just thinking about this recipe has us drooling! The chicken and vegetables create a delicious sauce that coats the noodles. It is a protein, veggie, and fiber-rich meal that will keep you satisfied and warm… And it’s a new staff favorite!
